Nancy’s litigation experience as a paralegal at law firms in the Tampa Bay area includes representing policyholders in first-party and bad-faith insurance cases; state and local governments in cases involving personal injury; construction defect; breach of contract; quiet title; declaratory judgment; foreclosures; bankruptcies; writs of mandamus, certiorari, and garnishment; public records violations; excessive force; wrongful death; records subpoenas; civil rights violations; forfeitures; injunctive relief; appeals of administrative matters; and appeals to circuit court, district courts of appeals, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Florida Supreme Court.
Prior to becoming a paralegal, Nancy was a court reporter and Certified Reporting Instructor.
In her spare time, Nancy enjoys spending time with her family (especially her four amazing grandchildren), crafting, and researching genealogy.
